BODY MASSAGE

Our body massage course teaches you the most common and effective type of massage, using Swedish techniques.
You will learn both the theoretical knowledge and the practical skills to be able to competently perform an express body massage treatment, including how to provide client consultations and carry out a full body massage routine.
This hands-on, practical training course completed within 1 day will teach you a full body routine that can be adapted to be completed within 25-60 minutes, depending on the client’s individual therapeutic needs.
You will be required to do some home study prior to the course day, in order to become familiar with the anatomy and physiology required. We recommend spending time after your course, also to be competent in anatomy.
